Top quality, guaranteed

If the product is not of high quality, it is not kajastemachine. We only believe in absolute quality. We believe that our products last longer and more than others. We dare to give our machine a full 24-month warranty. No matter what happens, if the machine you buy from us breaks down, we will repair it free. The exception is damage caused by intent or misuse. And even after 24 months, we do the same for a small compensation of 129 euros*, includes everything except postage to us. Fair enough, right?


Kajastemachine warranty repair

In the event of a machine breakdown, do this:
  1. Pack your machine carefully and attach the return address, your phone number, your e-mail, and description of the fault.
  2. Send the machine to us at your own expense: Hooked Society Oy, Taalintehtaankatu 4, 20750 Turku, FINLAND
  3. Wait. We will send the machine back to you as soon as we get it repaired.
If the 24-month warranty has expired, we charge 129 euros* for the repair. The price includes everything except postage to us.

Payment

All prices are ex VAT / Tax. All sales are prepayment with credit card or wire bank transfer. All credit card needs to be verified, if you have problems contact your bank to get it verified. If you order from within the EU and do not have a valid VAT number we have to add Finnish VAT 24% on the total. If you have any further questions just send us a e-mail and we will answer asap. 



Shipping & Handling

We ship Worldwide. The shipping cost will be calculated and added at checkout depending on the weight and the country you order from. Orders are normally shipped within 24 hours and delivered within 1-7 working days depending on your location. If the ordered product is out of stock we will contact you for an alternative or a refund. Incoming products will be sent as soon as it is back in stock.

Finland

Max 2kg 8 EUR Between 2–5 kg 15 EUR

In Europe

Max 2kg 17 EUR Between 2–5 kg 25 EUR

Outside Europe

Max 2kg 20 EUR Between 2–5 kg 40 EUR


Customs

The customer is responsible for custom fees, import taxes and licenses or other expenses related to international shipments and laws.



Returns Policy

Customer pays for the return shipping. To return products please contact us info@kajastemachines.com We will refuse any return that does not conform to the rules of our return policy as follows:
• All returns MUST be marked RETURN.
• We will only accept returns of UNUSED products.
• Machines will not be accepted for return if the box has been opened.
• Time limit for return shipment is 14 days from date of delivery.
• Products must be returned as originally packed, with all original packing included.
• Include a letter or note explaining the reason for the return.
• Include your current telephone number and e-mail address.
• Customer pays for return shipping



Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy! We will never give, sell or disclose your personal information to anyone else. Any information you give to Hooked Society Oy/kajastemachines.com will be held with care and will not be used by any other company or entity. Hooked Society Oy/kajastemachines.com does not disclose any personal information collected at our site, including contact forms or email lists.
